☆Europe: We aim to deliver your order within 10 to 15 business days.

☆Australia - New Zealand: We aim to deliver your order within 20 to 30 business days
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
No import duties for U.S. buyers due to a free trade agreement between the U.S. and Morocco.

Delivery & Returns Policy
At African Creates, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, from the moment you place your order to the day your handcrafted piece arrives at your door. Please read our policy carefully to understand our delivery process and return guidelines.
1. Delivery Information
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Custom-made rugs: Require a longer processing period of up to 3 months, as they are crafted entirely by hand by skilled Moroccan artisans.
We will keep you updated throughout the production process with estimated timelines.
Delivery Times
We proudly offer FREE international shipping on all orders.
Morocco (Local Delivery): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
USA & Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or carrier delays.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped:
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of your shipment.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 7 business days, please contact us at sales@africancreates.com.
3. Returns Eligibility
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Sent back with their original packaging.
Important:
Custom-made or personalized rugs are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect.
Clearance and final sale items are also non-refundable.
4. How to Return an Item
Email us at sales@africancreates.com to request a return authorization.
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to sales@africancreates.com with:
Clear photos of the item and packaging.
Your order details.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including all shipping costs.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
