1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Original packaging must be intact.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or defect.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Clearance or final sale items.

Custom rugs or products created specifically based on your request.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@africancreates.com.

Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Return Process

After approval, we will provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds
