Ask our teamHow do I choose the right size?
Measure the area you want the rug to cover and mark it on the floor with tape. In a living room, try placing the front legs of your seating on the rug. Keep doors and walking routes clear, then compare your measurements with the rug’s listed dimensions.

What is the difference between in stock and custom?
In-stock rugs are existing pieces sold in their listed dimensions. Custom rugs are made to order after the size, design and other details are confirmed. Their production time is separate from shipping time.
When will my rug arrive?
Estimated production for custom rugs is 3–6 months, confirmed per order. Production time and transit time are separate. Transit depends on the destination, carrier and customs.
Shipping policyWhat should I know about returns?
Eligible standard products have a 30-day return window from delivery. Custom and made-to-order rugs are final and cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind or personal preference. Damage, defects or material differences from agreed specifications remain reviewable for an appropriate remedy. A refund or replacement is not automatic.
