  • Prices include free international shipping, unless otherwise specified.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility.

  • Custom rugs: Require up to 3 months of processing time before shipping, as they are crafted entirely by hand.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Morocco: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

Important: African Creates is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by local authorities in the destination country.
