Delivery & Returns Policy

At African Creates, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. Below, you will find details about our delivery process and return guidelines.


1. Delivery Information

Processing Time

  • All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or made-to-order rugs may take 4–8 weeks to produce before shipping.

Delivery Times

  • Morocco (Local Delivery): 2–5 business days.

  • International Delivery:

    • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days.

    • Europe: 5–10 business days.

    • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs clearance or shipping carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly via the link provided.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 business days, please contact us at sales@africancreates.com.


3. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • Shipped back in their original packaging.

Important: Custom-made or personalized rugs cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or defect.


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first at sales@africancreates.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. After approval, we will send you detailed return instructions.

  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email sales@africancreates.com with:

    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging.

    • Your order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.


6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


7. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
