Delivery and returns

Eligible standard products have a 30-day return window from delivery.
- Customers pay return shipping for returns based on personal preference.
- Custom and made-to-order rugs are final and cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind or personal preference.
- Damage, defects or material differences from agreed specifications remain reviewable for an appropriate remedy. A refund or replacement is not automatic.
Production and transit
Estimated production for custom rugs is 3–6 months, confirmed per order.
Production time and transit time are separate. Transit depends on the destination, carrier and customs.
Duties, import taxes, VAT and brokerage fees are paid by the customer unless expressly included.
