Process of making our rugs explained in details >

Our rugs are locally handmade by some of the most talented artisans, it all happens in our workshops starting of the process of making the wool which is a very imprortant phase on making sure we have a high standards quality rug, a rug that would last for a lifetime and that's how we define an authentic Moroccan rug , then to the process of naturally dying the wool with plants based dyes , before that a sketch design of the rug is being made on a software to then print it on a millimeter paper and that's what our artisans uses to be accurate with each knot of the design so that the rug keeps that original authentic design when the size of the rug changes.
Once the rug has been made it goes then to different very specific processes that invloves burning the dead ends of the wool , trimming and a very specific washing process that goes as well in 3 to 4 phases , every time we wash the rug it gets softer , fluffy and plush then at the last step of washing comes the step of bealching or making the wool wihter or creamy depends on the customers needs and of course when everything is over the rug goes into a last phase of trimming and polishing so we have a gorgeous top quality rug ready to be placed at your home.

Natural raw wool may contain small fibers during weaving. Over time, these threads/fibers will rise to the surface - they can be lightly sucked out. No need to panic - fiber loss is normal with new wool rugs and will fade over time. Vacuum once a week.

For long-lasting maintenance, use a vacuum cleaner. If the stain has been caused by a liquid, you must act quickly to prevent drying - use paper towels to absorb and then shampoo to clean. When in doubt, professional dry cleaning will always remain your best choice.
